In the middle of YMI Training!

This "short" trip at Oasis made me realise that I have taken HOME for granted too much

Feeling majorly depressed about the true reason why Josh and Zac left Paramore on 18th Dec (Eugene's bday)

Haiz.... Paramore really really really truely was one of my favourite-est band ever.

And now that the Farro's left, it's just so empty.

Pre-Exam Stress & Thoughts [P.E.S.T!]

Gosh, I have been totally lazy lately, lack of self-discipline has cause me to lounge around all day, wasting critical seconds, minutes and hours. It's less than a month's time away,but yet I feel feel feel nothing. Not even a slight bit of worry or a tad bit of anxiousness. This won't end the way that I want it to if I don't start pulling my socks up and gear up for this war. Even though this is just a small battle compared to what we may come before in the near of distant future, this is still an obstacle we will have to overcome, a barrier we have to break through. As I'm lamenting about the wasted time, I still want to feel hopeful and believe in myself that I'll do maybe a little more than just okay. I want it, I want it so badly. But is it enough? Wish me luck and pray for me, cause I think I'll need it.

I'm really really really sad and disappointed and filled with grief

[did I mention that how sad I am?] that I can't go to the Paramore concert

[after all the radio, teevee and online contests I stalked]. I wanted to go with Ling whose birthday is on the 20th, a day after the concert

[then we can ponteng school and celebrate her birthday in KL] =( HAIZ! SIGHS! Anyway, we made a pact that if Paramore or Adam Lambert or UVERworld has a tour or concert anywhere near again, we will put down everything and just go for their concerts together! Hmmmm, that would be way way way awesome! haha~ Even if we have to go all the way to Nashville or Tokyo to find them, we shall go forth together!

Ain't the power of friendship, sampatness and daydreaming great? At least that's what keep us from going insane by the realities the world throw at us. At least we still have our absurd fantasies and inside jokes to hold on to. And 10 years from now, we will still look back remembering the crazy plans of ditching school and hightailing to KL, by then we will smile knowing that we are not alone, we have each other and that really makes me feel alive and all bubbly inside. =)

Apparently there's a Eunice Sim that's the head of Chemistry in the Science department in Nanyang; another that was a singer in the 60's. One of them is a singer songwriter involved in the Mosaic Arts Festival. Awesome right? I know!! But an interesting thing was that I found myself too..hehe

I just walked into Watsons with my mummy after breakfast, btw..today is YOUTH SUNDAY! First time doing 1st keyboard, I survived though. Everytime I see or hear a siren, I can't help but feel sad. Sad for the injured, for the people who are suffering when an ambulance is on their way to aid them. Sad, for when a police car passes by, it means a crime has or is being committed and someone is involved in the middle of it. Sad for the people who may or have lose their homes, belongings or even their lives in a fire. So many injustices, well life isn't fair, what can we do about it? What will you do about it?

I'm on cloud nine today seriously, and it's definitely because of what happened to once again reunite me with 2 (quite very) important people in my life, I guess.

Yah lah it's you lah aniki, if you are reading this, so hoping that you're not...hehehe..all because of some lame reasons...*hates being ignored*

and a friend (male also) that I had a cold war since the weekend before trials due to a petty fight caused by my lamearse bro (kidding still love him...although he needs some smacking sometimes) on Facebook. It was quite a dramatic week filled with blocking on FB, sarcasm, cold war, not sitting together at our usual table etc that sort of things.

hmmm...I guess what my point is that maybe perhaps and quite possibly that I, myself have been a little (okay very) sensitive over some small matters, I mean, if I could have just "ren", tolerate and not react so much that all this drama wouldn't have happened.

Ps: I would really like to thank our Father in Heaven, seriously He had something to do with this, it all started with that app that really hit the nail on the head and brought an end to all this. The App is called message from God (hmmm hahaha), heres what it wrote:

An hour has past since my last post and I'm still feeling so so so so ewwy, yucky, disgusted, frustrated, annoyed and angered by unknown reasons, and the fact that no one is replying my messages and that my k-drama still won't load at all and also because of some certain people and events..and did I mention that my k-drama is not loading....ewwws...yucks....ranting now because I feel so ewwy......aihs....feels like whacking something, needs to buy a punching bag soon or borrow Ivy's, or rather Vincent's.......EWWWWWWSSSSSSS!!

As I watched my red hair dye go down the drain after my shower, I felt a whole lot better, refreshed, rejuvenated, a bit of my sanguineness coming back to me. My anger dissipated, why was I angry you might ask? It was caused by people and events which I don't feel like mentioning unless if you ask real nicely I might tell you [not]. I also went away with my nails, returning them to the state a pianist/guitarist or aherm a musician is supposed to have. I feel a lot more like myself now thank you.

Well, prior to my grumpy self, I was at a concert, the Change your world concert in Kluang. I was really quited pleased at how many friends I managed to persuade into coming, no I did not force them.....I told you I did not force them, seriously. But I sold about 28tickets. hmmm really pleased. hahaha... really thankful for the crowd that showed up that made the whole experience more awesome. The highlights of the concert, well at least what I liked was the songs, both fast and slow and the chill session thingie. And I was really excited to hear the intro of That's what you get from Paramore, unfortunately being the only fan around where I was at that time, ermmm no one really got it...or recognised it,except for the few diehard Paramore fans scattered around the hall. hehes...I'm so gonna learn that song one day, maybe later..hmmm... The talks were incredibly good, from some of our pastors (Jit, Kelvin n Cathyrn)....and politician Hannah Yeo....got me thinking a lot after this concert was over, what my thoughts are I shall share them with you another day. But today was great!

Well I feel a bit emo-ish now..a bit tired..[after not sleeping the whole night yesterday] well I shall go watch some K dramas now...*yawns*...nites...

Wrappings and Glitters

You know the euphoric feeling you get just before you carefully unwrap or go all karate on your present. Many a times the sparkly wrapper or cute cute oh-so cute designs on the boxes have deceived our poor minds into thinking and believing that the inside will be oh-so -wonderful. Too often the end results will not be what we expect, but hey that's life and we always tend to judge on others by their appearances and forget about their inner qualities and character. I admit that sometimes I fall into this pretty little trap, this belief system of the world. I'm only human but it doesn't mean that I should give up and grumble and procrastinate on the things that should be done. The very things I know in my heart what I should and can do to make a tiny itty bit of improvement in my life.

So often I have looked at my friends or cousins and wondered what it'll be like to be in their shoes...ermmm I mean in their situation not their shoes ....I 'm a size 5 okay I can pretty much fit in most of their shoes! Back to the topic, I have often been curious about living other people's lives, seriously I really want to see from their POV, think how they think and do what they can do. That was one of my weirder thoughts when I was little. Not that I'm unsatisfied with my life or totally hatting it, but I'm awfully curious, if there ever was an award for curiousness, I'd win first price I guess. Another reason was because other people's families just seemed so much warmer and perfect at times, and I felt like reaching out to share some of that warmness too.

But you know what, I was wrong, every family has their own problems behind shut doors. It's just a matter of how big or small they are and whether we are brave enough to face them and lay our cards out once and for all. But it's okay I do love my family n matter how dysfunctional it may seem, I really do. For once again , I have managed to tear open the wrappers and look beyond the glitter to see that: hey! what's inside of it isn't all that great, it's just what we make it out to be, mostly because of our mentality, our judgement and just our human nature.

ahem...as some of you might know by now that I'm having exams and technically not supposed to be here....ahem ahem....well I had my addmath exam today...it was okay-ish...some parts were great, section B sucked...and I think that I'll do okay this time...ps: I didn't actually study much

Tip number 1:

Don't Be Like Me...hahaha.....aka don't study last minute and sacrifice precious study time for sleep..haha....I need my sleep okay!

Tip number 2:

Get tips! some of them might not be accurate, but don't follow blindly, ask, refer and study other parts as plan B.....ps: tips usually occur one or two days before the exam, so keep your eyes and ears peeled!

Tip number 3:

Have tons of friends...hahaha...reason number one motivation, reason number two: they are where you get tips from, reason number three: you'll learn more if you study together...kapish?!

Tip number 4:

Avoid Facebook.....hahahahaha....okay I'm failing miserably at that, but hey I use it for meaningful purposes like ermmmm destressing and Getting Tips....hahaha =D

Tip Number 5:

Study, study and study...yeap....that's the secret formula and doing exercises helps to...now only if I could convince myself to do all this.....

HAHA...yeaps it's my 100TH POST!!! and I started blogging around a year and a month ago...wow...how time flies...

I'm totally not supposed to be here...With trials going on...which BTW...has made me a bit high and loony lately...so OOC....hahas...and took some huge risks in my essays both for Chinese and English...I ended up writing a novel-ish story which was about 4 pages long and ended up using the names of some characters from The Mediator series by Meg Cabot...[Jesse, Cee-cee and Kelly] hahas....and I ranted about what bliss was in my Chinese essay today...幸福就掌握在你的手中

... or something like that....felt a bit off though...oops*

Finshed the Mediators series on Monday I think..the ending was sooooo cute....muahahas....

Jesse *sigh* how dreamy the name is....Hector 'Jesse' de Silva to be precise and Susannah Simon the butt kicking mediator...it was really nice...but the 6 books seemed to pass by so fast

Prior to that, I finished the Megan Meade's Guide to The Mcgowan Boys!!! ooh yeh...been pining for it since forever..=D I finished it in roughly 3 hours or so...happy~

I have OFFICIALLY finished my piano exam.....grade 8....and I really hope that I will continue banging and "jamming" on those black and white keys I have known all my life.

phew...but now all's left to do is wait for the results...oo and study like mad for trials....aarghhhh....hyperventilating...must breathe....*gasp*.....

I realised how many things I have taken for granted over the years like my piano classes...and even groan and moan about it. Now that I have come to a stage where uncertainties plague me everyday, where the unknowns kinda sorta maybe scare me a lot...hahaha

Well, I hope the me a year from now will look back at this [laughing?] and has faced the uncertainties with so much more confidence than the current me will ever have. I hope that the future me will not be afraid of what there is to come but rather embrace those unknowns.

For all those that don't understand chinese..

It means: Don't think that just because you have done something for someone, they will remember you for it forever, only you will.

It's quite discouraging sometimes cause that's what I'm feeling right now about a "good" friend of mine who sad to say I think has only stayed with me during good times.

And all the times I've helped her too, doesn't it mean anything?

Well, I'm not going to moan and groan about how how our friendship is going down the drain, cause I have other friends that means much more to me, not because of what they have done for me, but just sticking around when it matters and just simple things like saying "hi" to me when I feel like banging my head on the wall. Yeap things like that can make my day no matter how simple or unimportant it may seem.

So, don't keep yourselves from doing simple random acts of kindness. Think of the joy you might bring and do it with a smile. You do have a choice to either make or break other people's days, don't you? =)

I had a random thought one day while looking down from our temporary class at 5ST4 due to a fractured leg...so we poor STA2-ers had to move two floors up to the 2nd floor (ps: ground...1st...2nd...get it?) HMMM...woah...hi it's me again *waves* well to start off, here are some updates of my life, it's well ermmm quite busy I think... especially for someone who needs her afternoon nappies *Oops*. But really, Trials *gasp* are coming soon (to a secondary school near you... haha) and it starts on the 16th of August which is poor Mich's bday! (poor poor Mich). And I feel like I'm being suffocated, overwhelmed and drowning in all the various thingies I have to do now-a-days. Bring out the garlic, the hammer and stake and the silver cross! (repels myself at the same time due to deep hatred of garlic and sunlight! hahaha vampire in disguise here as my bro puts it!)

aihs....started reading Vampire Knight 3 days ago... not really "in love" with any characters even though most of them are suppose to be gorgeous looking vampires lolol...but am definitely standing on Zero's side [supports Zero!] ...But on the other hand, Kaname isn't all that bad, even though I feel like whacking him (who care's if he's a pureblood! =P) due to his possessiveness towards Yuuki and how he bullies Zero sometimes (and Aidou too! *slaps* ouchies ..lols) Ahsehs...but Shiki and Ichijou are cute, Yuuki too...and principal Cross is hilarious at times...a bit like Kamui Lee from D. Gray-man.... hmmm just read the part where Kaname bit Yuuki, who is actually a pure blood vampire princess who got turned into human by her mother for her safety (she's actually a Kuran and Kaname's sister and fiancée) @.@ messy hey....and the part how Zero's family, the Kiryuu's are a famous clan of vampire hunters and he being turned into a vampire...ahh how contradicting don't you think? *hates his twin Ichiru though....yeap definitely

Is wanting a little recognition, a bit of "hey, u actually did quite well today!" wrong? Yes, I know I'm sanguine (deep down in somewhere, getting a bit socially retarded lately due to some reasons best left unspoken) ...and sanguines are "easily" satisfied with words of affirmation and compliments. Yet, that is not what I'm after, I don't want superficial comments and just words to please me. I want to earn them through actually doing something right for once. I find myself getting lost in this maze of people everyday, but who are my real friends? Who are the those that will stay true? "We" are called to love one another, but hey, where is the love? So not feeling it. Seeking for close bonds, Yearning to serve, wanting to do something I am most passionate about, but this passion, my passion has seeped away with the sands of time after being left in the dust, to rot and to fade away. Trying so hard to "fit in" closer with everyone, being true to myself and risk losing friendships, yup that's what's happening. I'm tired of the fakeness, fatigued by the injustice, lost the will, lost the strength to carry on with the cross I have to bear. Can I officially say that I give up, I don't want to keep ranting about this, but hey, at least I'm not shouting this in somebody's face, so bear with me bloggie, just a few more dozen lines or so. I find myself trapped in my little island, isolated by everyone else. All the laughter, the chit-chat, I'm missing out on. Unknown topics, distant stories, you can't say that I didn't make an effort, but what do you expect me to say when I have nothing to say? Or rather when I don't know what to say? This has been dragging on for some time now. A says something, I listen, try to reply, don't know what to say, B says something rather witty, A talks to B, I listen on dumbly, try to make conversation, gets ignored, and the process repeats itself. Usually this only happens with only one group of specific people, but the weird thing is when I am at school I can be quite a chatterbox, talking nineteen to a dozen. So, is it just me? Or them? Feels alienated at times, is being from a different school a disadvantage? Well, I tell you..Yes! definitely, because they spend all their time together, seeing each other almost everyday, staying at the same taman or area. It can be irritating at times, yeah but what can I do? Maybe I should create an imaginary friend...hmm Hey but aren't you a bit too old for imaginary friends? Well maybe...or I could just pretend to talk on my phonnie or bring a book wherever I go or I could try to say the alphabet backwards in my head...that could work. I watched (part-of) it yesterday.... It was...hmmm...really really touching...and incomprehensible to me at first. The movie is about two people communicating in different times using a mailbox by the lake house which both of them had stayed in before. [For full summary :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lake_House_(film)] The part about being able to find love in different eras of time...wahhh [So Romantic] hahaha...(says the inner girly-ness of me which is subdued most of the time) But it was really nice....how they could wait for each other (the guy waiting for her cause he's from two years ago), and even changed their fates....aa...nice really nice...=)

I had BM tuition today, my teacher (Malay) was talking about a "syair" and as usual he started explaining and telling stories and going off track on the matter.....today he mentioned about something to do with Islamic matters, and he led to the matter of Christians wanting to use "Allah" to refer to our god, he said it was a "muslihat" and said that young Muslim believers will be confused and "terpengaruh" with who their Allah is... Is It OUR God or Theirs that is the "true Allah"? So is that what they think about it? At Least I know that he does! As I was seating in my seat, I couldn't help but feel a wee bit offended (not that I'm over-sensitive thank you) It's just that hearing stuff like that about what you believe in, and what you know, and hearing that using Allah is only for them, and if we want to use it too, does it mean that we want to embrace their religion too?? This is getting absurd....seriously, do you think that the so called "young Muslim believers" will not be able to differentiate between a church and a mosque, and Sunday & Friday.... Absurd!!!

Yesterday on the 27th of March it was Earth hour again, that meant switching off lights for an hour to help save the planet we live in.

Well my family and I decided to do that, the lights went off from 8pm, the main power was switched of on 8.30pm and lots and lots of candles were lit in my backyard. We spent time together as a family eating, sharing and finally an idea that I have been contemplating for long time was finally brought up by me and accepted by my dad! YAY, my wish was for our family to spend Saturday or Friday nights just having bible study or quiet time together is going to start next week, and I'm in charge of preparing the materials =D

i almost lost ALL my pictures from my memory card....I'm so thankful that I thought of googling to see whether I could solve the problem myself...my memory card for my cammie one a bit sot sot...and I actually accidentally formatted it (OOPSIES) but I managed to get it back...PHEWW!

I praise myself for my geniusness hahaha......phew...PHEWW!!! finally done it after many hours (about 4) now I can happily go off to lala land ZZZ

ermmmm let's see, why have I been MIA for so long and leaving my bloggie dead and lifeless (gomen bloggie-chan) ??? (PS: For all those who don't know what MIA stands for it's Missing In Action lar) Well tah-dah I was away in Hat Yai located in the Southern part of Thailand for a four day three night tip =D

We went off at about Saturday at 12am sharp....being fairly nervous the night before, we didn'tcatch much sleep except for my dad who had to drive the long distance of about 500++km frm Kluang to Hat Yai itself.....(I am still IN AWE of how my dad can be so AWESOME....almost 12 hours on the road and he on;y slept for less than4 hours cause he just came back from outstation on Friday evening!!! Amazing =D )

After much boringness and shut eye...we fina;;y reached the border, we had to stop at the immigration point and let the officer check our passports (which we had to add a RM1 note in our passport to pass...ermm ermm)

Yesterday night, my family and I were all in our parents room watching

Madagascar's: The penguins of Madagascar. =)

It was SO funny seriously, seeing all the PENG-U-INS doing their thing,

("chop kick punch roll~ hahaha)

But what I really enjoyed was that our family regardless of how old or how young got to spend time together laughing at the funny antics of the CUTE penguins

Ermmm ouch~ But I did it anyway, the ulcer had been in my mouth as long as I could remember (about 1 week...hahaha) and I was determined to get rid of it!

Well, if this is the first time you have heard of GLEE, well it's an American drama revolving around some high school students and their GLEE club. The Glee club is sort of a song and dance type of club, very musical =D and This is WAY better than High School Musical...the songs are usually remakes of those old classics that U hear sometimes on the radio or some newer hits (All the single ladies...hahaha...couldn't resist) The Drama loving side and musical side of me both LOVE this! so try and watch it in your free times (my fav is ep 4 Preggers XD )

sick again lar....... poor immune system?? HAIZ... Why did I go to my school in the first place... Things has gotten bad to a point that I really wish that I can just NOT go to school... I rather stay at home and just do the homework the teacher give without going there to see their faces.... It's not like I dislike every single teacher there, It just some of them that really irritate me, I mean I thought that it's human nature to want to foster good relationships with other human beings meaning between teachers and students, but there are just some teachers which have no respects for students, they expect absolute respect from you but give none in return, I mean HELLO? respect is a two way thing or for their case they should set a good example and maybe TRY ( I stress on try) to interact with students as if they were normal xx-teen people...

Some teachers treat you like you're from primary school or tadika, some think that you brain should be able to contain all the vast information that they give out all at once, some think that we have so much time at home and just push onto us a ton load of homework (most teachers have this mindset, not all but most) and especially during sukan month..... Grrrr.... some (the worst) think that they are drill sergeants (go join the army lah =P) and just COMMAND you to do this do that (i mean homework and stuff) and scold you for the slightest mistake, "interrogate" her/his students, gives out punishments when they like it, intimidate you at every class.... It really feels like living H*ll

And when they receive any complaints from the students, they REALLY make you lives into living H*ll... coming into the class they teach, interrogating the poor students again, why do WE students have to suffer by your insecurities... You say that you are a teach-er, well teach properly lar...btw, I hope that you teachers won't just teach from the textbooks but rather educate us with skills to bring us further into society, and one day we can think back on Madam, Miss or Mr so and so has taught me ...

I'm back from the days of no internet and online-ing due to a stupid virus.....I'm back to "meluahkan perasaan" and complain about the horrible things going on in my dreaded form 5 life for the past one month

D*m*n Jxxxxxx lah....and Yxxxx and Kxxxx....One is a old unmarried woman who is bent on torturing the poor students (especially female) in my school, the second is just like her shadow...what she says: he follows...the third is a busybody who just came to our school....Grrr....poking his nose in affairs which does not concern him....ANNOYING!!!!

kena scolded when others didn't...got picked on out of so many people... three people scolding one....why can't they just mind their own business, KPOs

Misunderstanding with a new teacher, which is quite nice...no, VERY nice in fact....but due to my carelessness and some certain someone which I do not know who (but is gonna pay dearly once I find out who said person is)....my exebook has vanish into thin air...causing anguish to reign in my life

haiz.....a good friend is also having Luv problems....grrrr.....treats me as a vessel to complain to, a n outlet for her pended up feelings...Is she really my friend...believe me, I don't know the answer myself.... changeable like the weather is her mood...so is our current friendship status....on off on off....haiz....VERY ANNOYING...

Cried a few times during this week, felt alone, needs GOD in my life.... lost the passion, needs to renew it soon.... matchstick anyone?? Became moody, super emo and mute mostly... daydreaming, sports-ing everyday....merentas desa passed....improved by still didn't get the card....

chose guitar over keyboard.... can't imagine what will my piano teacher say after she finds out..... black cloudy appearing on my head... disappointed in people who find it so hard to remember even though I reminded them about IT everyday....really betchek.....annoyed
